In the event your item has any issues within the first year, please take the first step to contact us through the CONCIERGE button on the home screen and we will do our best to replace or repair the item at no expense to you as quickly as possible.
Standard Warranty Information:
All pieces purchased through geoffreyscott.com or through an authorized Geoffrey Scott dealer are covered by a 1-year warranty covering against any manufacturing defects. After the initial warranty expires, we will do our best to cover basic repairs and manufacturing defects on any item made by Geoffrey Scott. All items submitted for repair must be accompanied by a sales receipt.
Lost items are not considered a manufacturing defect. We recommend that you periodically inspect claps and other closures for secure fit. If adjusting is needed, please submit for repair. We cannot make a single earring to replace a lost mate. We can help you find a replacement pair or similar pair to purchase at full retail price.
Repairs will not be made on items purchased from an unauthorized retailer or when the damage was caused by neglect, accident, alteration, or other factors not due to defects in the workmanship or materials. Do not expose your Geoffrey Scott products to harsh chemicals or environments. Silver pieces are given detail by oxidation and plating. Exposure to harsh chemicals or environments can alter the appearance of your Geoffrey Scott product. These types of chemicals include, but are not limited to, liquid silver polish, pools, hot tubs, and spas.
Email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, telephone number, order id number (if item was purchased through geoffreyscott.us), style number or brief description of the item, where the item was purchased and a description of the problem. It’s helpful if you attach a photo, but not required. We will respond with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed. Items returned without a return authorization number or sales receipt from an authorized Geoffrey Scott Retailer will not be accepted.
If your item has been manufactured within the last year, there will be no charge for the repair. If your item is older than one year, you will be charged a minimum of $30 for basic repairs plus return shipping. Any item that needs to be re-plated, soldered or refurbished will be subject to a cost that will be determined once the item has been inspected by our artisans in our Encinitas workshop. All repairs are subject to shipping charges.
Please note, because our items are made by hand with specially selected stones and other elements, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to repair your item. If we are unable to repair an item manufactured within the last year, we may suggest a replacement of similar value from the current line.
All repairs are handled by the skilled artisans in our Jaipur, India factory. Due to transit times, please allow up to 4-6 weeks from the receipt of your repair request to process and return your repaired item.
